Installation
Install reducer should pay attention to the following matters:
Before 1, the speed reducer and the machinery and equipment assembly, the direction of rotation to check the output shaft of the reducer is correct;;
2, the speed reducer and the original motivation, equipment assembly before, should check the shaft diameter, aperture, key and keyway size deviation, avoid damage to the bearing assembly too tight, too loose influence power transfer;
3, the reducer must be firmly installed in the machine, to avoid loosening or vibration;
4, sprocket, gear transmission parts mounted on the shaft, the bearing should be as close as possible, to reduce the shaft bending stress
5, when the motor reducer assembly, should smear butter in worm head hole and keyway, avoid preloaded, prevent shaft hole with rust.
6, the use of various types of motor direct type reducer, if the motor weight, should be supporting device.
Use the matters needing attention
1, before the use should pay attention to check the gear type structure, center distance specifications, transmission ratio, input shaft, output shaft connection structure, input shaft and output shaft direction and rotary direction
Whether the use requirements, worm input speed should not exceed 1500r/min
2, the boot should be gradually applied load, cannot start with full load
3, all the reducer has a vent, when in use, the sealing plug into the vent plug is attached to the
4, when in use, must check the oil level (as level mirror hole or open the oil plug)
5, as far as possible to avoid the reducer is exposed to the sun in the sun and harsh environment; to ensure good ventilation environment motor fan nearby, so as not to affect the cooling effect;
6, if the reducer storage time for 4-6 months, should check whether the oil immersed in lubricating oil seal lip mouth, may will be glued to the shaft, or even lose their elasticity, because
Appropriate flexibility is an oil seal must be working conditions, so it is recommended to replace the oil seal; all rubber and air hole can not be stained with paint;
7, speed reducer standard working temperature is -5 ℃ to 40 ℃, if not in this range, please contact our technical service personnel.
